Colton’s restaurant company was founded in 1996 in Arkansas and Illinois. The original three founders were Bobby Fain, Stan Cooper, and Tim. The company later expanded to include Kansas.
Colton’s is known for its steakhouse cuisine and has built a reputation for excellence in food and service. Colton’s has grown through acquisitions and franchising.
The first franchise restaurant opened in 2002 in Central Illinois. Colton’s started its international expansion in 2006 with its first franchise location in Australia and now has more than 55 locations around the world.
Colton’s Steakhouse is known for its signature “signature hand-cut” strip steak. The restaurant has developed a cult following among steak lovers and food critics alike.
