The menu is expansive with over one hundred different choices, so there’s definitely something for everyone to try out. Because my friends and I wanted to have a nice meal, we ordered poached chicken with mixed vegetables, pork egg foo young, fried shrimp, crab Rangoon and more.

Everything was hot off of the stove and tasted amazing. The pork egg foo young was cooked well and had a wonderful flavor to it that I enjoyed eating. The portions were generous too.

My fried shrimp came out with a nice amount of shrimp for the low price of $7.00 that I paid. The crab Rangoon was a little on the spicy side, but still very good. It came with cream cheese and vegetables inside and tasted wonderful.

The poached chicken was also great as it had different vegetables such as broccoli, carrots and peppers in it for added flavor. The restaurant itself is also very nice and spacious.

There are booths and tables, so you can sit wherever you feel most comfortable. The service was also quick and the owners were very welcoming to us even though it was our first time there. Check out China Dragon Menu Prices.

About China Dragon

China Dragon Restaurant is a family restaurant, with over 80 years of history and tradition. Founded in 1933 at Harbin, northeast China. The founder, Mr. Zhang went down to Beijing to learn the skill of making dumplings and then returned back to Harbin to make his living by making dumplings there.

In 1946, Mr. Zhang brought his sons to work in Beijing with him. His elder son worked there alone while the younger son, Mr. Wang stayed back at Harbin and took charge of their family business by starting a wholesale business selling dumplings.

China Dragon Restaurant was officially registered in 1949. The founder, Mr. Zhang did not have the confidence to run a new business, so he handed over the business to his son and grandson (Mr. Wang and Mr.

Zhang respectively) in 1963 to run their own businesses. While enjoying a good living in Beijing, it was hard for them to return back to Harbin by taking all their assets with them.

Mr. Wang was eager to return back to Harbin and revive their family business, but Mr. Zhang did not have the courage to do this. In 1973, Mr. Wang returned back to Beijing with his wife and children and started his own business of making dumplings in Beijing with his son, Mr.

Yifeng helping him out in a small restaurant of 20 square meters which had the capacity to accommodate 8 tables and 40 seats at a time.
